One of the newer members of the RPATS family, Jared Bernacchia brings an extensive background in the legal and writing industries in his role as Title Report Processor. In addition to overseeing the process of drafting and proofing reports, Jared is responsible for collecting confidential information from clients (including tax payoffs, mortgage satisfactions, judgments and Patriot Act searches), scheduling closings, and corresponding with banks and attorneys to ensure the closing process is streamlined. Prior to joining the RPATS team, Jared was a magna cum laude graduate of the SUNY Purchase College journalism program, cum laude graduate of the Boston University paralegal studies program, and attained his real estate salesperson license in 2020.

In his spare time, Jared is involved with a charity called Literacy Connections. They're programs serve adults 16 and older who struggle to read and write.
