RPATS was established in 2014 by Paul Conrad on the firm foundation of his more than 40 years experience in the field and more than 25,000 files and closings. RPATS is large enough to serve all size of clients and small enough to be termed a boutique company. We are comprised of a personable, efficient and highly professional staff who make working with us both pleasant and worth repeating. If any if us may be of service to you, we would welcome the opportunity and to make your acquaintance.
Community service is of great importance to all of us at RPATS and the company is proud to offer each employee two paid days of community engagement and financial assistance to support the non-profit or charitable initiative of their choice.
