Jim joined RPATS in 2020 as a Title Examiner after spending several years in a scheduling and production capacity. He has combined 20 years of experience in the real estate industry as a real estate agent and Title Examiner. Jim was raised and born in Poughkeepsie and still resides there with his wife Lisa. His hobbies include: working out, watching sports and creating artwork.

Jim is involved with a charity named Vet 2 Vet. They are part of MHA of Dutches County and work to improve and increase mental health services through community, education and services.
